1. Product
1.1 You can apply for FS Micro Financing (“Product”), an SME Digital Financing product provided by Modalku Ventures Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201601019329 (1190266-X)) (“Funding Societies”) via GoBiz website or GoBiz mobile application (“GoBiz”).
1.2 If you apply for the Product via GoBiz, you agree to these terms of use, the GoBiz App and Web Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice which are made available at www.gobiz.com.my.
1.3 The Product is subject to the terms of your agreement with Funding Societies and Funding Societies’ Website Terms, Privacy Notice, and Terms and Conditions. U Mobile Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U)) (“U Mobile”) makes no representations nor warranties on the Product.
2. Eligibility
You are eligible to apply for the Product if you are a:
(a) sole proprietorship established and registered under the laws of Malaysia; or
(b) partnership or limited liability partnership established under the laws of Malaysia; or
(c) private limited company or unlisted public company incorporated under the laws of Malaysia.
3. Application and Assessment
3.1 To apply for the Product, you must provide the information listed at https://www.gobiz.com.my/sme-digital-financing and follow the steps listed on GoBiz.
3.2 We may stop allowing you to apply for the Product via GoBiz, for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice including if our agreement with Funding Societies has been terminated or for any reason or for any operational reasons.
3.3 The Product is not under our control and we are not responsible for the application assessment, approval, disbursement, repayment and any dispute resolution under the Product.
3.4 If you have any issues relating to the application of the Product, you may contact GoBiz Customer Careline at +6018-388 2929.
3.5 If you have any other issues not listed in paragraph 3.4 above, you are required to contact Funding Societies directly for assistance via phone call to +603-22021013 or email to fsbolt@fundingsocieties.com.my.
4. General
4.1 U Mobile may change any of these terms of use from time to time. Any such changes will be posted on GoBiz. It is your responsibility to check the terms of use.
4.2 By applying for the Product, you: -
i. consent for U Mobile and Funding Societies to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose your personal information and the following GoBiz data (“GoBiz Data”) for purposes which are necessary or related to the Product including for the purpose of processing your application for the Product;
